4 Tbs. minced fresh garlic, 2 Tbs. minced fresh ginger, 1 cup reduced sodium soy sauce, 2/3 cup sherry, juice of 2 lemons, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2-3 Tbs. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and use as a marinade and basting sauce for your favorite meat or fish dish. Excellent with BBQ'd salmon.... C-
