Ingredients:  
1 lb. hamburger & 1 lb. Italian sausage
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 large can tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
1 tbsp. parsley
salt & pepper
Mix together: 2 lb carton cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
the parsley and 2 eggs.
Set aside: 2 lbs. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger and sausage, Add rest of ingredients and simmer 30 to 60 minutes.
Cook and drain large package of Lasagna Noodles.
Layer in greased deep Lasagna Pan as follows:
noodles
all cheeses
noodles
hamburger/sausage sauce
Bake at 350 for one hour. Serve or refrigerate.
Bake additional hour for refrigerated Lasagna before serving.
