Beat all ingredients together well, pour into a greased, oven proof cassarole dish and bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when put into the center.
Evelyn Glasgow was a very good friend of Grandma Loie, Uncle Russ,& Uncle Courtney's from the Presbyterian Church in Passaic. She always served this pudding when we came to dinner and we loved it. Very old fashioned and wonderful.... the pudding and our friend! -Uncle Court
