1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs. lemon zest
1 14oz. can sweetened, condensed milk
1 8oz. container cool whip
1 prepared graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the milk, juice and rind. Add cool whip and pour into crust. Chill for at least one hour in fridge (or overnite)
