2 lbs Ground Almonds 4 Large Eggs 2 C Sugar 1 bottle almond extract 1 Jar Maraschino cherries 1 C whole almonds 1/2 C powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350º Mix ground almonds with eggs, sugar, and extract. Roll into balls and flatten slightly. Dip in powdered sugar. Place 1/2 of a cherry or an almond in center of cookie. Bake for 15 min.
