1 1/4 lb. best quality bittersweet chocolate
2/3 cup dried cranberries
2/3 raisins
2/3 cup salted, roasted shelled pistachios
2/3 cup salted and roasted cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate over double boiler until smooth.
While chocolate is melting, line bottom and sides of an 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper (or foil) leaving a 2" overhang, then lightly grease paper.

Remove chocolate from heat, and stir in fruit and nuts. Spread evenly in pan and refrigerate for an hour or more. Remove from pan, peel away from the parchment paper and cut into pieces. Store in an old cookie tin in a cool place.
