Ingredients:  
4 oz dry spaghetti or 3 C cooked
1 tbsp Butter
1 egg beaten
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 C onion-chopped
1 clove garlic-chopped
1/2 C green pepper-chopped
8 oz tomato sauce
1 tsp oregano
1 C cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
1. Cook noodles.
2. Add butter, beaten egg, and Parmesan cheese to noodles. Press into bottom and up sides of a greased pie plate.
3. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
4. Add green pepper, tomato sauce, and oregano to meat.
5. Spread cottage cheese on top of noodles and up sides of pie plate. Pour meat mixture over top.
6. Optional- sprinkle more cheese over top.
7. Bake 20-25 min.
