6 - 8 Ripe Tomatoes
2 large minced garlic cloves
1/3 cp. olive oil
1/2 tbsp. dry basil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mash garlic, salt & pepper and a few drops of olive oil in a bowl. Add rest of oil and then rest of ingredients and mix well.

Cut French loaf in half and brush with olive oil. Put under the broiler until golden. Then top with bruschetta and enjoy!
