Blend together:
3 cups sifted flour
1 cup lard
1 tsp. salt

In a separate bowl, blend together;
one egg
1 tsp. vinegar
5 Tbs. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry and wet ingredients until well mixed. Chill and roll thin. makes 2 bouble crusts and 1 single crust.
