2 eggs, separated
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks until very light and add 1 cup sugar.
Beat whites until stiff and add remaining sugar.
Beat cream until stiff and add vanilla. Fold cream together with both egg mixtures just before serving.
