Ingredients:  
3 or 4 overripe bananas
1 c sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c flour
1/4 c melted butter
pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas with fork. Stir in other ingredients. Pour into buttered or Teflon pan. Bake one hour in oven preheated to 350.
