1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
Filling:
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted
16 oz. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine cake mix, 1 egg, and 1 stick melted butter and mix well. Pat into lightly greased 9x13 pan. Prepare filling.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 2 eggs and vanilla. Add 1 stick melted butter. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Spread over cake mixture. Bake for 40-50 minutes. You want the center to be gooey, so don't overbake. Let cool to room temperature before cutting.
Variations:
1. For the holidays, add a 15oz. can of pumpkin to the filling along with 1 additional egg; add cinnamon and nutmeg.
2. Add a 20oz. can of drained crushed pinapple to filling.
3. Use a lemon cake mix. Add lemon juice and zest to the filling.
4. Use a chocolate cake mix.
5. Use a spiced carrot cake mix. Add chopped nuts and shredded carrots to the filling.
6. Use a chocolate cake mix. Add 1 c. peanut butter and nuts to the filling.
