1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
3 bananas mashed

Directions:

Combine like pastry dough:
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup shortening

add:
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Then stir in:
2 eggs
3 bananas mashed

Bake at 325 degrees
1-large loaf-50-55 minutes
3-small loaves 35-40 minutes
