1/2 c. milk
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 8 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella or swiss cheese
2 10 oz. cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 8 oz. pkg. chicken stuffing mix
1/2 c. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken and arrange in a 9X13 pan or large covered casserole. Place cheese on top of chicken. Spread soup (dilute with milk) over cheese. Melt butter and stir in stuffing mix. Put this on top of soup.

Bake, covered, at 375 for about an hour. Uncover for the last 10 minutes.

Also good when you use shredded rotisserie chicken. To control the amount of salt, you can omit the chicken seasoning packet that comes with the stuffing.
