3 green onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled & chopped
2 T. canola oil
2 lb. ground turkey
salt & pepper
2 t. chipotle Tabasco
1 lemon, zest & juice
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 c. mango chutney

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green onion, celery, and apples in oil until tender. Cool. Place ground turkey in large bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add sauted vegetables, chipotle Tabasco, lemon juice and zest, parsley and chutney. Shape into burgers and refrigerate. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil before grilling. Serve with a side of chutney on a toasted bun.
