Ingredients:
1 pkg Yeast
1 c. hot water
2 1/2 to 4 C flour
olive oil
Basil
Oregano
8 oz can Tomato Sauce
Garlic salt or powder
Onion salt or powder
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200 turn off.

Dissolve yeast in hot water - mix in 2 1/2 c flour, kneading in additional flour so the dough is not sticky. Coat dough w/2 T olive oil. Cover w/towel & put in warmed oven to rise at least 1 hour, punching the dough down once during the rising time.

Take dough out of oven & put on floured surface, you may have to add more flour to the dough before taking it out of the bowl. Knead the dough so it is not sticky. Let rest while you preheat oven to 400 & spray your pizza pan w/ Pam.

Roll dough on a floured surface to fit your pizza pan. Fold the dough into a triangle to help place it on your pan.

You can put what ever you like on the pizza - I usually use a 8 oz can of Tomato Sauce, spreading on the dough as thick as you like, then sprinkling the spices on top - Oregano, Basil, Garlic powder or salt, Onion power or salt, Pepper. I then cover the spices w/ Parmesan cheese then top w/ Mozzarella cheese. Then I add the toppings: Olives; Pepperoni, Bacon, Green Pepper slices, Onions, or just plain cheese.

Put in preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes.

Personal Notes:
When I make pizza - which is at least once a week, I use a 18" pizza pan. Depending on the size of the pan you use & how thin you roll the dough, you could make 2 pizzas out of this dough.
