1 1/2 C. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
3 T. sugar
3/4 c. chopped walnuts or peanuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 - 8oz. cool whip
2 small instant pistachio pudding
3 c. cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter, sugar & nuts. Spread in 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, until light brown.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar & 1 cool whip. Beat well. Spread over cooled crust.

Beat 2 puddings with milk on low speed for 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with other cool whip. Refrigerate a few hours.

This recipe is good with many other flavors of pudding. I've tried it with butterscotch or chocolate, & you can sprinkle different things on top, like nuts, chocolate sprinkles, mini butterscotch chips, or whatever you like.
