2 bunches fresh broccoli
small pearl onions
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
dash salt, pepper
1 c. milk
3 oz. cream cheese
Parmesan cheese
croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until almost done. Meanwhile, melt butter over low heat. Add flour, salt, pepper. Cook until smooth and bubbly. Slowly stir in milk. Boil 1 minute until thick. Add cream cheese; cook until smooth.

Mix sauce with broccoli and pearl onions. Put in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with croutons. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover the last 5 minutes to brown croutons.
