1 T. butter
1 small onion
Homemade broth from the chicken, or 1 can Swanson's Chicken Broth
1 large can of cream of mushroom soup
1 large can of cream of chicken soup
1 small can of cream of celery soup
Cooked chicken
1 small can R0-TEL tomatoes (mild or hot, to your taste)
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter. Add all broths/soups. Heat over medium heat. Add cooked chicken, tomatoes, and cooked rice. Heat through and enjoy. I sometimes vary the recipe by substituting rotini pasta for the rice, adding mushrooms, even adding milk to stretch it when necessary. (Really good when adding half and half, sour cream, or even whipping cream.)
