8 oz. uncooked fettuccine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz. block cream cheese
1 4 oz. can mushrooms
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut into pieces
Seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter
2 T. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Cook fettuccine. Combine next 5 ingredients in saucepan. Heat over medium heat until butter is melted and all are mixed well. Add cheeses and stir until melted. Add chicken and heat thoroughly. Add fettuccine. Pour in greased baking dish. Combine bread crumbs, butter, and 2 T. Parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake, covered, at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake about 10 more minutes, until bread crumbs brown.
