3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1-1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 lb. flank steak trimmed of excess fat

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Seal bag and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. When ready to cook, remove steak from bag and discard marinade. Grill steak 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove from grill and cut diagonally across grain into 1/4 to 1/2-inch slices.

This makes flank steak easy, tasty and tender. This is a great weeknight meal, if you remember to marinade the steak the night before. Great Cooking Light recipe.
