3 beaten eggs
1 cup granulated or brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
2 cups pecan halves or large pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 9" pie crust (unbaked)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar until thick. Add corn syrup, nuts and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 300 for 1 hour or until set.
