1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoons cooking oil
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt into an ungreased 9x9 pan. Make 3 wells in dry ingredients. Into one put the vanilla. Into another put the vinegar. Into the third put the cooking oil. Pour the water over all. Stir with a fork until well mixed. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
