2 Cups Tomatoes (1 large can)
1 Tbsp Minced Onion
2 Cups Milk
2 Tbsp Flour
2 Tbsp Butter Melted
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer tomatoes and onion 10 minutes. Mash up and add a pinch of Soda. Combine flour and butter and add tot he tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes. Stir often or it will stick. Add milk slowly to the tomatoes and heat. Season to taste.
DO NOT BOIL
