4 cups cooked, chopped chicken 1 cup celery, chopped 1 cup red grapes, sliced in half 1 cup green grapes, sliced in half 1/3 cup red onion, chopped 2 sweet pickles, chopped 1/4 to 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted 1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste
Combine first seven ingredients in large bowl and too to blend. Add mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste. Mix lightly and chill to blend flavors. Sprinkle with almonds before serving. Makes 8 cups.
