Ingredients:  
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup canned whole kernel corn, drained
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp milk, approximately

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in rice, corn and egg. Mix thoroughly. Add enough milk to make a thin batter; mix thoroughly.
Cook in a skillet with a liberal amount of cooking fat. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve with butter and syrup. Sausage optional.
