1 head Iceberg lettuce
2 heads bib lettuce
4 kiwi - peeled and sliced
4 green onions
1 c mandarin oranges - canned/drained
1 c slivered almonds - toasted

dressing:
1 t salt
pinch pepper
1/2 t tabasco
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c tarragon vinegar
1/2 c oil
1T dried tarragon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing, shake well and chill.

In large salad bowl place torn lettuce, kiwi, oranges, green onions, and toasted almonds (I toast in butter under broiler until brown). When ready to serve pour dressing over lettuce and toss.
