8 ounces of Hershey chocolate bars
1/2 cup Hershey chocolate syrup
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups sifted cake flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate bars in chocolate syrup in top of double boiler over hot water. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mis baking soda with buttermilk. Add alternately with the sifted flour. Blend in the chocolate mixture and vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15-20 minutes. Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out onto rack to finish cooling. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
