3 cup cake flour
3 sticks (1 1/2 cups) unsalted butter, room temp
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, room temp or slightly warmed in microwave
3 cups sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
6 large eggs, room temp

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F. Lightly grease and flour a bundt pan.
Sift cake flour into small bowl and set aside. Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in mixer at med-hi speed until light and fluffy. (approx 2 min) Stop mixer once or twice to scrape bowl with spatula. Add eggs one at a time and mix on medium speed for approx 10 seconds. When all the eggs are added, mix 30 seconds more.
Stir flour gently into mixture with a spatula. Then mix on low for 5 seconds. Scrape and blend until smooth and even for 5-10 seconds.
Pour batter into bundt pan. Bake on center rack of oven for approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes, until golden and firm to touch. A tester in the center should come out dry.
Cool before unmolding from bundt pan.
