1- 8 oz brick of cream cheese- softened
Italian Seasonings - eye ball it to taste

Mix together, and set aside.

1 cucumber thinly sliced
1 carrot thinly sliced
tomato thinly sliced
lettuce - Romaine
Green Red, Yellow - bell peppers thin strips

Directions:

Apply spread to tortilla, spread evenly. On one side layer veggies w/ lettuce first. Roll it up adding a little more spread on the very last bit as glue to keep it closed.
