1 can red kidney beans (Joan of Arc are good)
1 or 2 small sweet pickles diced
1 stalk celery diced
about 1 tsp onion diced
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. mayonnaise (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain kidney beans. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate about 1 hour before serving.
Salt and pepper to taste at the table.
