1 1/2 kilo ox tail
1 tablespoon atsuete seed (soak in a half cup water and mash later to get its color)
1 pc banana heart (cut 1" thick)
2 pcs. eggplant (cut 2" thick)
6 pcs. string beans (cut 3" lomg)
1 cup peanut butter (dispense in 1 cup water)
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 onion sliced
1 head petchay
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch the ox tail twice to remove the odor. Cut into serving pieces and boil until done. Set aside.
In a wok, saute the garlic, onions and then the banana heart. Cover for 3 minutes and add the string beans and eggplant. Add 4 cups of beef broth, atsuete broth, peanut mixture,salt, petchay and beef. Eat with sauted shrimp fry paste.
