2 Large Hershey Bars (10 oz)
1 24 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
4 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Large Can Evaporated Milk
1/3 Cup Butter
1 Pint Marshmallow Cream
2 Cups Chopped Nuts
Dash of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, milk and salt to boil and cook 6 minutes. Stir while cooking. Add rest of ingredients in large bowl and pour boiling mixture over it. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Spread in a buttered pan.
