1 8 ounce can of Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
5 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooked sausage, crumbled
OR 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 c. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed (can use the ones with onions and green peppers)
1 c. shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Spread rolls on lightly greased 12 inch pizza pan. Press perforations to seal. Put layer of hash browns on next, followed by:
sausage or bacon
cheese
Pour eggs over top. Bake 375 for 12 -15 minutes.

Serve with fresh fruit.
