1 package (2 lb) tofu
3/4 cup mayonnaise alternative (such as veganaise)
1/4 cup minced fresh dill
1/2 minced red onion
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt (or liquid aminos, tamari, or soy sauce) 1 tsp mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tofu squeezing as much excess water as possible. Crumble resembling ground beef. Mix in mayonnaise alternative followed by minced onion and minced dill. Mix in pepper, salt (liquid aminos taste best but will darken the color), mustard, and lemon juice. Best if recipe sits for 10 minutes in fridge but this step is optional. Serve in pita bead with greens and sprouts, or wrap in tortilla with fresh veggies. Enjoy!
