2 slices sourdough bread
1/2 avocado thinly sliced
1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
2 tsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, heat olive oil at medium low heat. Place bread in pan making sure 1 side on each piece is evenly coated with olive oil. Place avocado slices on bread, add fresh cracked black pepper. Cover and allow to cook for 5 - 10 minutes on medium low. Using a spatula, flip other slice of bread and avocado over onto other slice. Continue to cook each side for an additional 5 - 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
