1 c. fat free sour cream
1 c. reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tsp. Beau Monde
2 T. fresh dill, finely chopped (or 2 tsp. dried dill)
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1 T. lemon thyme or finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp onion powder
