2 - 3 onions, chopped
5 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. garlic
Emerils Italian Essence
garlic salt
onion salt
pepper
1-2 splashes of Emeril's red pepper sauce
Italian Bread Crumbs - just enough to make the meat stick together
If it turns out too think add a splash of milk.

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together and form into large balls or ORBS. Cook about an hour or until done.
Can be eaten alone, with spaghetti sauce in sandwiches, or in spaghetti.
