2 c. white flour
4 T. powdered milk
1 T. salt
1 T. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Add lukewarm water to make a soft dough. Pat out dough with hands, until thin and shape into patty about 1/4 inch. thick. Fry in hot shortening about 1 inch deep.
