Italian Spaghetti Recipe

2 T. chopped parsley
4 medium onions chopped
4 garlic cloves
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
2-8 oz. cans tomato puree
1-6 oz. cans tomato paste
2 t. worchestershire sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. long spaghetti
Parmesan cheese

Cook parsley, onions, garlic in hot fat until soft. Add tomato paste, tomato puree and worchestershire sauce. Add browned meat in additional fat (hot). Cook slowly 3 hours. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water; drain and rinse in hot water. Place on warm platter. Pour sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
