1 can refried beans
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. Monterey jack cheese
1 can chili peppers or 1 fresh (drain, diced, chopped)
1 jar picante sauce (11 1/2 oz.)
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1-2 avocados
1 onion
1 large tomato
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
On bottom layer put refried beans and 1/2 envelope taco seasoning. Squash avodacoes and taco seasoning, some sour cream (1/4 cup). Add lemon juice to keep avocados bright. Dice chili peppers, onions,& tomatoes for 2nd layer. Pour picante sauce over all. Next sour cream. Final layer is grated cheese. Serve with white corn tortilla chips.
