2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
3 chicken breasts, boneless, cubed
3 c. broccoli florettes
3 green onions cut into 1 inch lengths
2 T. hoisin sauce
1 1/2 T. hot chili oil
1/3 c. cashew halves

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the hoisin sauce and hot chili oil. Set aside.

Coat wok with non-stick spray. Preheat to medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 30 seconds. Add the chicken and cook, stirring constantly for 3-6 minutes or until no longer pink. Transfer to plate.

Add broccoli to wok and stir constantly for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Return the chicken to wok and add the green onions. Pour the hoisin sauce over all and stir constantly for 2 minutes. Stir in the cashews and serve immediately over rice.
