1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. oregano 4 chicken breasts(boneless) 4 T. butter 4T. olive oil 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced in half 1/2 c. marsala wine 1/4 c. sherry
Mix first 4 ingredients and coat chicken breasts. (can do this in a zip-lock bag.) Melt butter and olive oil. Brown chicken on both sides. Add mushrooms. Pour in marsala wine and sherry. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
