Directions:
Drizzle approximately 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil around the bottom of your large pan, add 3-4 cloves of fresh chopped garlic. Turn heat to medium and stir until heated and starting to sizzle. Do not over cook!! Add 2-3 tablespoons of butter to pan and continue to heat. When hot, add shrimp. I usually use 1 to 1 1/2 pounds. Continue on medium low heat until shrimp are cooked. Add 2/3 cup of grated parmesean cheese, hot pepper flakes and salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cooked angel hair pasta. For variation, add a chopped fresh tomato when adding shrimp.:
