1 (10 oz) can Cream of Mushroom soup
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp, salt

Using 1/2 cup soup and other ingredients - mix thoroughly - shape firmly into loaf (8" X 4") and place in shallow baking pan.
Bake 1 hr. 15 min. at 375.

Gravy: 1/3 cup water and remaining soup.
In saucepan - blend soup, water and 2-3 tablespoons drippings. Heat - stirring occasionally. Serve with meatloaf.
