Ingredients:  
4 chicken breasts cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Place in plastic bag which contains:
1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
Shake!!

2 T. oil
1/4 C. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Spread onto paper towel. In 2 TB. oil, brown chicken cubes slowly, approx. 5 minutes. Reduce heat to warm. Let steam for 10 minutes. When ready to serve, pour 1/4 cup lemon juice over cubes and toss. Serve over rice.
