4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1/2 lbs roma tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 medium yellow onion chopped
1 16oz jar Newman's Own Salsa
1 tbsp dried dill weed
5-6 garlic cloves minced
1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
2 lbs raw shrimp, peeled, deveined and rinsed
2 1/2 c milk

In a 5 qt Dutch oven over medium heat, saute chopped tomatoes in olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add butter and salt, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add onion, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add salsa, dill weed, garlic and cilantro, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add raw shrimp until they are opaque throughout, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in milk bringing to full simmer. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serve in large bowl and garnish with cilantro leaves, tortillas, sour cream and salsa.
