1 bunch green onions
1 head cabbage
3 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken up
1/2 C. toasted, slivered almonds
2-3 C. diced, cooked chicken or ham

1 C. oil
1/2 C. vinegar
1/4 C. sugar
3 pkg. Ramen seasoning (beef & chicken flavors are good together)
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 T. sesame seeds

Chop green onions and cabbage until fine. Add Ramen noodles (they may be cooked or uncooked, whichever you prefer), toasted almonds and diced chicken. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over cabbage. Can refrigerate overnight.
