60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 C. sugar
1 cube butter, melted

Filling:
1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
6 oz. orange juice concentrate
2 cans mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cracker, sugar and butter. Pat down in bottom of 9x13 pan. Reserve about 1/2 cup for topping.

Filling: Mix together and spoon over cracker mixture. Sprinkle reserved topping on top. Chill and serve.
