2 C. cherry tomatoes, red or yellow
2 T. finely chopped green onion
2 T. lime juice
Salt
Pepper
Tortilla chips

Herb Blend:
1 garlic clove
2 fresh jalapeņo chilies(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine garlic and chilies, stemmed and seeded. Coarsely chop tomatoes and herb and blend in food processor or with a knife. Stir in onion and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Present in small bowl and scoop onto cucumber slices or tortillas chips.
